Yum: Homemade Larabars

I made these last week and they were amazing (maybe even better than the real thing). I love Larabars but they are super expensive, so this is a great alternative. I made coconut cream pie flavor by following this simple recipe.

You can find recipes for other flavors here.

Videos I like: Dog Singing the Blues

This is cute.

Stuff I Like: Poodles

Last week my friend Dawn came over with her dog, Benji to play with Greta. Dawn is a talented photographer, and snapped some shots of them playing. As you can see, they had a blast.

Stuff I Like: Goody Spin Pin

The Goody Spin Pin is probably one of my favorite products that I have ever tried. I use it all the time- from work to exercise. I use it to put my hair in a tight bun for yoga, and it always stays in place. There are also tons of different work appropriate styles that can be done with these two little pins.

Nail Polish I Like

I got this nail polish from Forever 21, and for $2.80 you really can't go wrong. I used to be wary about buying cheap nail polish, until I figured out that you can prevent any quality nail polish from chipping with only two simple steps: Buff and Bond. First I buff my nails with a buffing block, followed by a bonder. My Favorite bonder is the Rubberized Polish Gripping Basecoat by Orly. Once the bonder dries, I put my nail polish on top. As long as you do these two steps, your polish will look great for days!

Bag I Like

I recently got this bag from Etsy and have received many compliments. The seller was very accommodating (added extra inside pockets for me), and the quality of the bag was excellent. I would definitely recommend this Etsy shop to friends.
